The H31CD StarSet has Plantronics trade mark Quick Disconnect feature. This headset was specifically designed for use with the SHS1890 series push-to-talk amplifiers, but it can also be used in place of the Plantronics H31 headsets that have been discontinued. So keep in mind this headset will fit any of the Vista series amplifiers and the Plantronics direct connect cords. (If the device you are plugging into has a Plantronics quick disconnect feature, this headset will plug into it).
